Companies House Fee Changes from 1 February 2026
From 1 February 2026, Companies House is updating several fees that affect most businesses. The key changes are:
Confirmation Statement – rises from £34 to £50
Company Incorporation (digital) – rises from £50 to £100
Voluntary Strike‑Off (digital) – falls from £33 to £13
Registration of a Charge (digital) – falls from £15 to £14
