Birka’s skillset as a Technical Accountant means she spends her time and expertise supporting our clients through some of their most complex and technical accountancy issues.
If you ask Birka what keeps her pushing through to find a solution, she’ll tell you it’s the satisfaction of knowing she’s making a difference: “I love it when clients trust us and feel taken care of; I like to think we’re making a positive difference in our clients’ lives.”
Whether she’s looking for the most tax-efficient outcome or identifying efficiencies in her clients’ processes, much of Birka’s motivation and satisfaction at work comes from providing our clients with peace of mind that their tax affairs and accounts are in good hands.
Outside of work, Birka loves spending time with her two little girls and keeps busy running, reading, and practising yoga. She dreams of taking a hot air balloon over the Serengeti and growing her own vegetables and herbs.
